Bob Kolata has been a Santa Barbara resident for over 40 years. He has an education in Graphic Art and Photography from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn N.Y.
He was a picture framer for 25 years where he designed and built picture frames for all types of artwork and learned what is structurally sound for unusual sized and weighted pieces of art while installing the same artwork for various galleries where he worked at the same time.
Since starting his own Art Installation Company in 1999 he has prided himself on providing prompt service, attention to detail efficiency and improvisational design and fabrication of ”one of a kind” hanging hardware for unusual objects to be installed in homes and businesses.
